ZOZORIKA Design is currently in the launch phase, so the shipping is on us. No matter where you are in the globe, your order will be shipped via an express service if there’s one accessible to you.

Returns and exchanges

If your order is not defective or damaged upon arrival, we sincerely apologize that a return is not acceptable. We highly recommend you reach out to inquire about size and style prior to purchase. If there’s an unavoidable reason for an exchange, please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt of the item, we’d happily address or accept an exchange for a new, unworn, unwashed, and resalable item. We reserve the right to determine the acceptance for all returns and exchanges.
